The path to homeownership can take time, especially when credit, income documentation, or financial readiness needs improvement. G2 Keys Forward™ is designed to bridge that gap by helping participants manage rent today while taking practical steps toward buying a home tomorrow.
We Finance Your Rent
Qualified participants may receive financing for up to 12 months of rent. This support allows them to focus on their current living needs while working toward stronger financial qualifications for future homeownership.
We Improve Your Financial Profile
The G2 Global Network team works with participants to review and strengthen key areas of their financial profile, including:
- Credit standing
- Income readiness
- Verifiable financial information
- Overall homebuying qualifications
The goal is to help participants become better positioned to qualify for and secure a home of their own.
G2 Keys Forward™ Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- Credit score of 680 or higher
- Minimum annual income of $50,000
- Current employment
- Verifiable income
- At least 18 years of age
There is typically no upfront cost for applicants who meet the program’s credit requirements. When an applicant’s credit score is below 680, a $5,000 deposit is required. Certain terms and conditions may apply.
